1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without prior notice, with any associated balances or winnings forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckk4 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or collusion with other players.
• Exploitation of technical glitches, software errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, AI-driven systems, or any other mechanical advantage to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or injection of malicious code.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ckk4 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ckk4 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from ckk4.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckk4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ckk4's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
